Phase 2 Guidelines
Before you make your plans to move, however, you should read up on our guidelines to make sure your move is done as safely as possible.
Once it’s safe to move, that’s when it’s time to consider our art-forward community. As soon as you enter our building, you’ll see that it’s decidedly different than most other buildings, with a lobby doubling as an art gallery with specially commissioned artwork by local NYC artists. You’re about to be a part of a unique community and living space.
The art carries throughout the building, ending with our prized piece, a stunning mural by Tristan Eaton that serves as a bold backdrop for our rooftop pool. (Not to mention, the sweeping views of the city only add to the splendor of this rare outdoor space.)
Our spacious 4,000-square-foot fitness center, Gym by 363, provides all the equipment you could ever ask for in a gym, including top-of-the-line tech gear, like Peloton bikes and Precor machines. On top of the machines and free weights, there’s a yoga studio with professional classes you can take advantage of if a Zen workout is more your speed. The best part is: You never have to leave home to get a complete workout.
If you have a vehicle, you’re in luck! Our building has a parking garage attached, so you’ll never have to worry about scavenging for street parking again (or the dreaded alternate side parking). Plus, with a 24-hour attended lobby, you can feel perfectly safe coming and going at any time of the day or night.
In your actual apartment, you’ll find ample natural lighting which perfectly showcases the gorgeous wide-plank, white-oak hardwood floors and Caesarstone countertops. Each home is also fully furnished with a full-size washer and dryer, BOSCH stainless steel appliances, and Nest Learning Thermostat. Plus, select apartments even have an outdoor terrace, giving you your own private outdoor oasis.
